To dispute a billing:
Simply look up your membership on the left of this page and you information will be emailed to you automatically.
How Often Am I billed?
Your monthly subscription will rebill every month until canceled.
How long does my account last after I cancel?
Your account lasts until the end of the month that you last paid for. So, if you are billed on the 15th and you cancel on the 20th, you will still have a membership until the 15th of the next month!
How Do I cancel?
Simply look up your account on the left, with either your username and password or email address, and you will be taken to the proper billing department to cancel your subscriptions.
How does the billing show up on my credit card?
Your membership as well as any purchases you make through Vivid.com are itemized on your credit card statement as "VividAdmin.com"
What if I don't want to use a credit card?
Sign up using your checking account! Or you can now order by phone.
To dispute a billing:
Do you feel you have been charged in error? Were you billed twice in the same month? Look up your account to the left then, you may email our support team.
