VIVID STUDIO INSIDER FOR JANUARY 31 - FEBRUARY 4, 2014

 THE BIG APPLE WELCOMES VIVID CABARET NEW YORK IN STYLE – The grand opening parties this week for Vivid Cabaret NYC were a stunning success. The club has been packed with guests since the doors opened on Wednesday night for a non-stop five-day party. Guests were treated to an ultra modern club with a full team of smiling, beautiful waitresses and hosts; an ultra-modern décor unlike that of any other gentlemen’s club; what many agreed were the best DJs ever; and spectacular entertainers who were ever-present on stage and throughout the three-story establishment in midtown Manhattan. Of particular note was the club’s 25-foot tall stripper pole, the highest in New York. Dancers shimmied to the top of the pole and made their sexy way down to a shower of dollar bills from the stage-side and balcony seats. Vivid performers out in force for the opening included Ash Hollywood, Monique Alexander, Savanna Samson, Kendall Karson, Brandy Aniston, Heather Hunter and Tera Patrick. Ash and Monique attracted dozens of paparazzi when they staged a G-String Cutting on Wednesday to open the club officially. Savanna personally poured glasses of her “Sogno Tre” wine for guests to taste. Ash, Kendall, Monique and Brandy were on the air live on Vivid Radio, broadcasting from a specially designed booth just a few feet from the balcony over looking the main stage. Among their guests were Vivid chief Steven Hirsch, Ronnie the Limo Driver from The Howard Stern Show and lots of professional athletes. Many guests and entertainers slipped out the back door of the club to a unique deck where they could enjoy a smoke under heated canopies. Others enjoyed themselves in the club’s many VIP Champagne Rooms.

Apart from the G-String Cutting event, the New York week was filled with special activities. Steven and visiting Vivid performers were interviewed on radio, by newspapers and popular night life sites.

Reporter Ralph Greco of Short and Sweet NYC was just one of the media who had rave comments to make about the new club. Here’s part of his story: “My impression when I visited in the early evening hours was that the space is indeed…spectacular. That pole basically stretches from the ground floor all the way up three flights, a truly unique feature, and the main room where I spent most of my visit sports comfortable round tables with chairs, a big bar, a concave screen showing sports and probably the friendliest staff, from the doormen, to the serving girls-dressed to show just the right amount of cleavage and booty-to just about any and everybody I met.”

 VIVID TAKES HOME XBIZ AWARDS – Vivid Entertainment scored some major honors at last week’s Xbiz Awards. Here’s a rundown:

Parody Release of the Year – Drama: Superman vs. Spider-Man: An Axel Braun Parody;
Couples-Themed Release of the Year: Orgy University;
Best Actor - Feature Movie: James Deen, The New Behind the Green Door;
Best Scene - Parody Release: Kendall Karson & Ryan Driller, Man of Steel XXX: An Axel Braun Parody.

 SAVANNA WANTS TO BANG THE SEAHAWKS – Savanna Samson had some fun this week in a TMZ interview, in which se said she wanted to get down and dirty with Seahawks cornerback Richard Sherman…in fact, all of the Seahawks. Here’s how TMZ Sports reports the story: “Richard Sherman is being courted by an award-winning actress ... the star of ‘Ass Spelunking’ and ‘Sweet 'Ho Alabama’ ... who tells TMZ Sports she desperately wants to shoot a gang bang with Seattle's ‘Legion of Boom.’ Savanna Samson -- who won a 2005 AVN Award for ‘Best Gang Bang’ -- is out in NYC ... and told us she's a HUUUGE fan of the Seahawks' defense. In fact, she's such a big fan ... she wants to nail all of 'em at the same time ... on video. Bring on the 12th Man ... and the 13th man ... and the 14th man ... (you get the point).”
