The new web application can be used with the iPhone5, which made its debut this month. Featuring a full web based navigation suite, Vivid Touch is the latest “Vivid Everywhere” tool that enables fans to access Vivid movies and other content anywhere, anytime via the browsers on their smart phones and tablets. Websites around the world picked up the story, from International Entertainment News to Yahoo Finance and many tech sites. To view Vivid Touch visit Vivid.com from any Apple device with a web browser, including iPhone and iPad. Since it runs in the cloud, it does not take up storage space on the mobile device or tablet. Users of the beta release of Vivid Touch have been invited to provide feedback to @VividCorp or email@example.com. Said Steven Hirsch, founder/co-CEO of Vivid: “Up to now it has been notoriously difficult to create adult-related web apps for Apple products, but we have found a way to do it. This unique web application allows the smart phone and tablet user to access content quickly and easily, with amazing clarity. We’re rolling it out first for Apple products, but an Android version is in development.”
VIVID RELEASES SWINGING AMERICAN STYLE: VEGAS OR BUST' – Vegas or Bust, the second reality-style, voyeuristic adult movie in Vivid's "Swinging American Style" series from rock legend Phil Varone was released online on Sept. 25th and will be in stores nationwide on October 2nd. Varone shows viewers a rarely documented part of beneath-the-sheets Vegas, portrayed by real swingers (not actors), who mix it up non-stop, having sex, partying, living and planning their lives around their sexual play dates. He also reveals the popular Vegas-based web site www.kasidie.com, which is used by many swingers to meet up and find parties and other events of interest. "Vegas is a Mecca for swingers," says Varone who has been in "the lifestyle" himself for over 20 years. "Because the city is a major tourist attraction, tons of swingers from all over the world visit Vegas and their focus is definitely on partying. The vibe is very laid back and it's easy to get into the 24-hour-a-day action." In "Vegas or Bust," the swingers introduce themselves to the viewer, who gets to know Scott and Nicolette, Siri and Brad, and a girl named Kiwi and Kiwi's "friend" who spontaneously joins the group. Off they go on a party bus to a private masquerade ball. The invitation is for swingers only (and only couples allowed, no single men) and the sexy fun starts as the bus starts rolling.
VIVID MENTIONED IN KANYE WEST SEX TAPE NEWS AFTERMATH – After RadarOnline and TMZ broke the news that there is an alleged sex tape starring rapper Kanye West, attention quickly swung to Vivid Entertainment. The New York Daily News reported: “Porn mogul Steven Hirsch, founder of Vivid Entertainment, told the Daily News’ Confidential column…‘We’ve heard rumors for a couple of years about this tape being available…I’m not even sure if it is real. If in fact it was, it would sell extremely well. He is a huge star.” Steven was interviewed over the next few days by many entertainment reporters and stories and his reaction appeared widely, from dozens of CBS stations, to Complex.com, The CelebrityCafe.com and FuseTV, where reporter William Goldman wrote: “To attempt to further confirm, or disprove, the existence of the tape, we next rang up Steven Hirsch, the founder of Vivid Entertainment, the adult video publisher behind distribution for plenty romps, including that of Kim Kardashian and her ex Ray J. Hirsch chatted with us about the potential existence of the tape and what it could mean for the adult entertainment industry and Kanye himself. It was certainly one of the weirder, and enjoyable, conversations I've had in my career in music journalism. Here we go...” Click here for Goodman’s entire interview with Steven.
