Vivid Girls Capture Cannes: The French Riviera city of Cannes, always filled with celebs this time of year, got some extra juice last week when three Vivid Girls flew in for a photo shoot with famed photographer David LaChappelle. Jenna Jameson, Taylor Hayes and Savanna Samson were the objects of the shoot that took place in Elton John?s Riviera home and is for an upcoming story in a Vanity Fair magazine. Within hours of the shoot, the three were jetting back to North America. Taylor ended up in Montreal, where she shot scenes for the new horror flick ?Samhain?, in which Jenna had appeared prior to leaving for France. They are co-starring with Richard Grieco and Mark Borchardt.

Big Apple Buzz: Lots of buzz in New York City this week in advance of the visit by five of the world famous Vivid Girls, who are hosting a party on June 5th at SPA, the popular Manhattan club (at 76 E.13th Street between 4th & Broadway). The ?We Love New York? party is co-hosted with Revolver magazine and is open to the public, so lots of fans are expected. They?ll get a chance to meet Vivid Girls, Dasha, Taylor Hayes, Savanna Samson, Kira Kener and Jenna Jameson. After the New York trip the Vivid Girls will return to the West Coast, for another big party on June 21st at Garden of Eden in Los Angeles. The party is to introduce the newest Vivid Girls, Chelsea Sinclaire, Savanna Samson, Autumn and Kody.

Did you Catch Fox News on May 29? Fox News Correspondent Claudia Cowan did a piece on the ?dramatic? drop in sales for men?s magazines such as Playboy and Penthouse --- and the simultaneous surge in popularity of adult-theme Internet sites. Vivid?s Internet honcho David Schlesinger was interviewed. He said he believes the growth in Web-based adult entertainment is due to the privacy, comfort and convenience of the Internet.

Vivid Entertainment Group to License U.S. Distribution Rights for Its Movies to Hustler

LFP Purchases Exclusive Rights to Video/DVD Distribution of All Vivid Product in the U.S.

VAN NUYS, Calif.- - Vivid Entertainment Group, one of the leading producers of adult videos and DVDs, and Larry Flynt Publications, publisher of over 30 magazines including Hustler and also a leader in the adult entertainment business, have signed a contract under which all aspects of Vivid?s video and DVD distribution in the U.S. will be handled exclusively by LFP. The functions, to be operated and controlled by LFP, will include warehousing, sales, shipping and other distribution related duties. Terms of the multi-year agreement were not disclosed.

Vivid?s President Bill Asher said that the deal has the added benefit of allowing Vivid to devote more resources to its core business, the production of new films, as well as to growth areas such as its Internet sites including and the company?s international arm that includes the licensing of rights for wholesale distribution and establishment of broadcasting joint ventures outside the U.S.

Beginning August 1, LFP will assume responsibility for sales and distribution of approximately eighty new Vivid feature productions yearly, Vivid?s new compilations and a library of more than 1,000 titles. Both Vivid?s National Sales Manager Howard Levine and Vivid Interactive National Sales Manager Jim Monroe will join LFP.

"We are delighted that we will now be able to concentrate our efforts on production, overseas operations and the Internet. This is the perfect opportunity to do so."
